1. Eligibility
By using this website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you are using the website with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
2. About Our Products

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease unless explicitly stated.
3. Pet Owner Responsibility
You are solely responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for your pet, home, and circumstances. Pets vary in size, age, temperament, health status, and behavior. You should supervise your pet when introducing any new product and discontinue use if you observe distress, malfunction, unsafe interaction, or other concerns.
You should consult a veterinarian for any pet with medical, behavioral, dietary, respiratory, or anxiety-related concerns before using a product that may affect feeding, air quality, activity, or environment.
4. Product Use and Safety
You agree to use all products only as intended and in accordance with the user manual, labels, warnings, and common safety practices. Without limitation, you agree that you will not:
- use a damaged, altered, or improperly assembled product;
- allow chewing, misuse, or unsafe handling of cords, batteries, or small parts;
- use products beyond stated species, size, weight, or age recommendations;
- use products in wet, unsafe, overheated, or otherwise unsuitable environments unless specifically designed for that use; or

Failure to follow product instructions may result in injury, damage, malfunction, or voiding of any applicable warranty.
5. Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. MMDL STAR LLC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, or product unavailability.
An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. A contract is formed only when we accept your order and process it for fulfillment.
6. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information. By submitting payment information, you authorize MMDL STAR LLC and its payment processors to charge the applicable amount for your order, including taxes, shipping, and any other disclosed charges.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays may occur due to carriers, weather, customs, supply chain interruptions, or other factors outside our control.
Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided, unless otherwise required by law.
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for loss caused by incorrect address information supplied by you.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our separate Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. To be eligible for a return, products may need to be unused, clean, in original packaging, and returned within the stated return window, subject to applicable law and any product-specific exclusions.
We may refuse returns that are damaged through misuse, missing parts not due to our error, excessively worn, unsanitary, altered, or returned outside the permitted window.
9. Warranty Disclaimer and Limited Warranty
Any limited product warranty offered by MMDL STAR LLC or Paw Ballet will be described in a separate written warranty policy or product documentation. Except for any express limited warranty provided by us and to the maximum extent permitted by law, our website, products, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
We do not warrant that products will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every device or network, or suitable for every pet or environment.
10. Smart Features, Connectivity, and App Functionality
Some products may rely on Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, mobile apps, firmware, third-party platforms, cloud services, or internet connectivity. We do not guarantee continuous availability, compatibility, or uninterrupted operation of such features.
Smart features may be affected by router settings, internet outages, mobile operating system updates, third-party platform changes, power loss, server downtime, or user error. You are responsible for maintaining compatible devices, internet access, and proper setup.
We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue software, app functionality, or cloud features at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable law.
11. No Guarantee of Behavioral or Health Outcomes
Our products may support convenience, routine, enrichment, monitoring, grooming, feeding, or environmental management, but MMDL STAR LLC and Paw Ballet do not guarantee any specific behavioral, training, medical, emotional, or health outcome for any pet.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MMDL STAR LLC, Paw Ballet, and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, pet injury, property damage, emotional distress, or replacement costs arising out of or relating to:

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
19. Privacy

- use products in a manner inconsistent with their intended use or applicable law.
21. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website or services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
22. Governing Law
Except as otherwise provided in Section 23, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
23. Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights, including your right to file a lawsuit in court and to participate in a class action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, any order, any product sold by MMDL STAR LLC under Paw Ballet, or any relationship between you and MMDL STAR LLC that is based on contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation, or any other legal theory (each, a “Dispute”) shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration, except as otherwise expressly provided below.
Before initiating arbitration, the party asserting the Dispute shall first send written notice to the other party describing the nature of the Dispute and the requested relief. Notice to MMDL STAR LLC must be sent to:
MMDL STAR LLC
d/b/a Paw Ballet
304 S. Jones Blvd #8693
Las Vegas, NV 89107
USA
support@pawballet.com
The parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the Dispute informally within thirty (30) days after the notice is received. If the Dispute is not resolved within that time, either party may commence binding arbitration.
Any arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its applicable Consumer Arbitration Rules, as modified by these Terms and as permitted by law. If the AAA is unavailable or unwilling to administer the arbitration, the parties shall confer in good faith to select an alternative nationally recognized arbitration provider. If the parties cannot agree, a court of competent jurisdiction shall appoint the arbitration provider.
The arbitration shall be conducted before a single neutral arbitrator. The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve any Dispute, including any threshold issue concerning arbitrability, interpretation, enforceability, unconscionability, waiver, formation of this agreement to arbitrate, and any claim that all or part of this arbitration provision is void or voidable, except that a court of competent jurisdiction shall decide issues relating to the scope, enforceability, or application of the class action waiver below to the extent applicable law requires.
The arbitration may be conducted based on written submissions, by remote proceeding, or at an in-person hearing, as determined under the applicable AAA rules and the circumstances of the Dispute. If an in-person hearing is required, the hearing shall take place in Clark County, Nevada, USA, unless applicable law requires another location or the parties mutually agree otherwise.
You and MMDL STAR LLC agree that arbitration will proceed solely on an individual basis. Neither you nor MMDL STAR LLC may bring a claim as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, coordinated, representative, or private attorney general proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of representative or class proceeding, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law.
If the class action waiver above is found unenforceable as to any particular claim or requested remedy, then that claim or remedy shall be severed and may proceed in a court of competent jurisdiction, and the remaining claims shall be resolved by arbitration to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court if the matter qualifies and remains on an individual, non-representative basis. Either party may also seek temporary, preliminary, or injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction as necessary to protect intellectual property rights, confidential information, or other interests pending completion of arbitration.
The arbitrator may award any relief that would be available in court on an individual claim, including damages, declaratory relief, or injunctive relief, to the extent permitted by applicable law. The arbitrator shall issue a written decision sufficient to explain the essential findings and conclusions on which the award is based.
To the fullest extent permitted by the applicable AAA rules and law, each party shall bear its own attorneys’ fees and costs unless the arbitrator or applicable law provides otherwise. Arbitration fees and costs shall be allocated in accordance with the applicable AAA rules and governing law.
This arbitration provision shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and applicable federal arbitration law. To the extent state law applies, these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of laws principles, except to the extent superseded by applicable consumer protection law.
If any portion of this Section 23 is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be severed, and the remainder shall remain in full force and effect, except that if the class action waiver is held unenforceable in a manner that requires class, collective, consolidated, coordinated, or representative adjudication, then this Section 23 shall be unenforceable in its entirety to that extent.
24. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
25. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
26. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the website after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
