At Paw Ballet, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. This Return Policy explains when returns are accepted, how to start a return, and how refunds are processed for products purchased through www.pawballet.com.
1. Return Eligibility
Products purchased from www.pawballet.com may be returned within ninety (90) days of receipt for a full refund, subject to this Return Policy.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return:
- the return must be requested within 90 days of receipt;
- the item must be returned in its original product packaging as received;
- the item must not fall into a non-returnable category described below; and
- the item must be returned in reasonably clean condition.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable if used:
- wipes;
- toys;
- pet playpens; and
- pet rolling carriers.
If any of the above items are returned after use, the return may be rejected and no refund will be issued.
3. Condition of Returned Items
Returned merchandise must be packaged in the original product packaging as received.
Units returned in unclean condition may be subject to a $60 cleaning fee, which will be deducted from the refund.
4. How to Start a Return
To start a return, you must contact us first through one of the following methods:
- through www.pawballet.com; or
- by email at support@pawballet.com.
Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
No refunds will be issued for items returned without first contacting us or for incorrect items returned to us.
5. Return Instructions
After contacting us and receiving return instructions:
A. Prepare and Package Your Item
Carefully prepare and package the item you are returning in the original product packaging.
B. Choose a Shipping Method
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
If you prefer, we may provide a return shipping label, and the cost of that label will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that return shipments outside the contiguous 48 states may incur additional shipping costs.
6. Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process and issue any approved refund to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
After we process the refund, your bank, credit card company, or payment provider is responsible for posting the refund to your account. This may take up to 30 days.
7. Deductions from Refunds
We may deduct the following from your refund where applicable:
- return shipping label charges, if we provide the label;
- a $60 cleaning fee for units returned in unclean condition; and
- any other amount permitted under this Return Policy due to noncompliance with return requirements.
8. Items Not Eligible for Refund
No refund will be issued if:
- the return request is made outside the 90-day return window;
- the item is returned without first contacting us;
- the wrong item is returned to us;
- a non-returnable item is returned after use; or
- the item otherwise fails to comply with this Return Policy.
