MMDL STAR LLC, doing business as Paw Ballet (“Paw Ballet,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Shopify also explains that, depending on your configured customer data-sharing level, additional customer information may be shared with Meta.

By using our website, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Depending on your location, you may be shown a cookie banner, consent tool, or privacy choice mechanism powered through Shopify’s customer privacy settings or another privacy tool. Shopify states that merchants can configure privacy policy links, cookie banners, and data sales opt-out pages in Settings > Customer privacy

We do not make blanket promises in this Privacy Policy that we never “sell” or “share” personal information under every law in every circumstance. Whether a disclosure is considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or other regulated disclosure can depend on applicable law, your location, and the technologies we use.

6. Shopify and Store Infrastructure

Our store may be hosted by Shopify. As a result, Shopify may process personal information as part of providing storefront, checkout, hosting, analytics, payment-related, fraud-prevention, and other commerce infrastructure services to us. Shopify states that it provides privacy tools to merchants, but merchants remain independently responsible for their own privacy compliance and for responding to applicable customer data requests.

If you submit reviews, comments, testimonials, photos, videos, or other content, we may use that content in connection with our website, products, marketing, and business operations, subject to applicable law and our Terms & Conditions.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information in public-facing reviews or comments.
