How do sample orders and MOQ work?
A first small evaluation order is handled as a sample order. Formal and repeat purchasing follows each product’s confirmed wholesale MOQ. A qualifying opening order can be wholesale from the start. Additional evaluation requests are reviewed individually.
Are all samples available in the U.S.?
U.S. sample options depend on the product and available stock. Please share your interests and destination; we will confirm availability, pricing and timing before you order.
Where can I see wholesale prices?
Request a quote for your products, quantities and sales channel. We confirm wholesale pricing, shipping, applicable taxes, MOQ and delivery terms in your quotation.
Can I discuss packaging or private label?
Yes. Include the product category, expected quantity, target market and customization needs in your inquiry. Feasibility and terms are reviewed before an order is confirmed.

Shipping for wholesale orders
Online wholesale checkout is intended for small parcel orders. Wholesale prices exclude shipping, and retail free-shipping offers do not apply. Available shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and parcel details.
For larger orders requiring multiple cartons, pallet delivery or freight service, please contact lucy@pawballetpartners.com before ordering. We will agree on the shipping method and freight charges with you before payment.
If no suitable shipping option is displayed, contact us for a shipping quote. Sample shipping is confirmed separately before payment.
