This Warranty Policy explains the limited warranty coverage offered by Paw Ballet for eligible products purchased through www.pawballet.com or other authorized sales channels, unless otherwise stated in product-specific documentation.
1. Limited Warranty Coverage
MMDL STAR LLC, doing business as Paw Ballet, warrants that eligible products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under
normal household use and in accordance with the applicable product instructions during the warranty period.
This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser, unless otherwise required by law.
2. Warranty Period
Unless a different warranty period is stated on the product page, product packaging, or product documentation, the standard limited
warranty period is (01) Year from the date of receipt.
3. What This Limited Warranty Covers
This limited warranty covers qualifying defects in materials or workmanship arising during normal intended household use of the
product.
If a valid warranty claim is approved, we may, at our option:
- repair the product;
- replace the product;
- replace the defective part; or
- issue a full or partial refund.
The remedy provided will be determined by Paw Ballet in its reasonable discretion, subject to applicable law.
4. What This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover
This limited warranty does not cover:
- normal wear and tear;
- cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality;
- damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, or improper storage;
- damage caused by improper assembly, improper installation, improper maintenance, or failure to follow instructions;
- damage caused by unauthorized modifications, repairs, or disassembly;
- damage caused by chewing, scratching, rough pet interaction, or other pet-caused misuse beyond intended use;
- consumable items, unless defective upon receipt;
- used non-returnable items such as wipes, toys, pet playpens, and pet rolling carriers, where applicable;
- loss or damage caused by shipping carriers after delivery;
- products returned in unsanitary or unclean condition; or
- products purchased from unauthorized sellers, unauthorized marketplaces, or unauthorized resellers.
5. How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To request warranty service, contact us at support@pawballet.com and
provide:
- your order number or proof of purchase;
- the product name;
- a description of the issue; and
- photos or videos, if requested and reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim.
We may require troubleshooting steps before approving a warranty claim.
6. Return of Product for Warranty Review
If we ask you to return a product for inspection, testing, replacement, or other warranty handling, you must follow the return
instructions we provide.
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly approved by us in writing, customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with
sending warranty items to us.
If a returned item is found not to be covered under this Warranty Policy, we may decline repair, replacement, or refund.
7. Exclusive Remedies
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the remedies described in this Warranty Policy are your exclusive remedies for any covered
warranty claim.
8. Disclaimer of Other Warranties
Except for the limited warranty expressly stated in this Warranty Policy, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Paw Ballet and MMDL
STAR LLC disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose,
title, and non-infringement.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MMDL STAR LLC and Paw Ballet will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to any product or warranty claim, including loss of use, loss of profits, loss of data, pet injury, property damage, or replacement costs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability under this Warranty Policy will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
