Paw Ballet Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

Products purchased from Paw Ballet may be returned within ninety (90) days of receipt for a refund.

  • Returns are accepted only for items in original condition and packaging.
  • The following items are non-returnable if used:
  • Wipes
  • Toys
  • Pet playpens
  • Pet rolling carriers

Important: Inspect Your Order Upon Delivery

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

  • If your item is damaged during shipping, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.
  • You are required to provide clear photos or videos showing the damage.
  • Claims submitted after 3 days of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.

Return Conditions

  • Non-quality-related returns (e.g., change of mind) will require the customer to pay both original shipping and return shipping costs.
  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Paw Ballet will cover the return shipping cost.

To qualify for a quality-related return, customers must:

  • Provide a clear description of the issue
  • Submit supporting photos or videos as evidence

All returns and exchanges must be requested via email before sending the item back.

  • Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.
  • No refunds will be issued for items returned without contacting us in advance.

Return Process

1. Contact Us

Email support@pawballet.com with your order details and reason for return.

2. Prepare Your Item

Securely pack the item in its original packaging.

3. Condition Requirements

  • Items returned in unclean or excessively used condition may incur a $60 cleaning fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

4. Shipping the Return

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to quality issues.
  • We can provide a return shipping label, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Returns from outside the contiguous 48 U.S. states may incur additional shipping fees.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 30 days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
